Things are certainly heating up at the 2013 Motorcycle Springshow. Canadian Kawasaki Motors and Honda Canada have recognized the Springshow as the spring event that cannot be missed. Main Industry Hall 3, now more than ever, will be bristling with some really shiny 2013 motorcycles.

The Motorcycle Springshow is the place to be March 16-17, where three huge halls of Toronto’s International Centre are filled with all things ‘Motorcycle’.

“It was exciting to be able to welcome Honda Canada, now to welcome Canadian Kawasaki’s corporate exhibit is just incredible,” said show manager Peter Derry. “I am very pleased to be able to deliver what is sure to be a powerful show experience to our public and exhibitors.”

In addition to the Honda Canada and Canadian Kawasaki Motors displays, top motorcycle dealers will also be on hand with touring and cruising bikes, street bikes, off-road bikes, scooters, production customs and more. There will be great deals on non-current models too. The giant Used Bike Clearance Sale is bigger and better this year for those who are looking to upgrade or shopping for their first bike.

Interested in becoming a new rider? The Springshow offers attendees information on rider training programs, licensing and Insurance. Wondering about the best bike for you and proper riding gear? Vendors will be offering great advice on getting started.

Show goers can check out features such as electroplating demos, the ‘Spring Fling with Bling’ Fashion Shows by Terez Leathers , and racer autograph sessions. With riding season right around the corner, shopping for all the great bargains on helmets, boots, gloves and riding apparel becomes the most popular activity.

Inside Motorcycles will be at the show with special subscription deals available. This is the magazine’s last show of the off-season, giving enthusiasts one more chance to take advantage of ‘Show Special’ subscription offers.

The Vintage ‘Bikes of the Century’ Display will feature significant bikes from invited clubs and private owners as well as Vincent Motorcycles from the Bar Hodgson Collection.

The Showbike Builders Competition features top customs competing for over $20,000 in cash and awards. From vintage and touring bikes, to street bikes and wild customs there are over 30 classes in the competition with $5,000 going to the “Best Bike in Show”. New wild creations from some of Canada’s top builders and shops will be vying for the top prize.

This year’s Door Prize is a 2012 Suzuki DR-Z125 dirt bike provided by Suzuki of Newmarket to be drawn on stage, Sunday, March 17 at the Show. Admission to the Spring Motorcycle Show includes a complimentary copy of Spring Motorcycle Magazine and a ballot for the door prize.

The Toronto Motorcycle SPRINGSHOW, Presented by Dalton Timmis, runs Saturday, March 16 from 10am to 9pm, and Sunday, March 17 from 10am to 5pm. The International Centre is located at 6900 Airport Road. Admission is $18 for adults; $5 for youths under 12, free for children under 6, and parking is free. Visit www.motorcyclespringshow.com for more information to purchase advance tickets, download a $3 off discount coupon or to be an exhibitor at the show.
