He will join international road racing star from the UK; NorthWest 200 winner and multiple podium finisher of the prestigious Macau GP – Martin Jessopp as the Penz13 Team will once again aim to sweep the podium as they did in 2017.

The Penz13 team just wrapped up another successful year the TT on the Isle Of Man. but is also mourning the loss of their 2017 TT Rider and friend Dan Kneen as he was killed in a tragic racing accident at this year’s event. RIP Dan.
Former Penz13’s rider and teammate to Kruger at the TT and Macau several years ago, Steve Mercer is currently hospitalized in Liverpool with serious injuries following a freak collision with an official car as it was on its way to the Dan Kneen accident. The collision is still under investigation and a crowdfunding page has been setup to help his family with medical costs. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/stevemercerofficial Due to several ongoing investigations regarding this tragic accident, no updates can be given on Steve’s condition until the investigations are complete. Our thoughts and prayers are with Steve and his family.
The IMATRA Event this weekend will bring some top international Road Racers including Horst Saiger and 4-Time IRRC Champion Didier Grams. Racing should be epic with much of the focus on the Penz13 Team. With the team taking 5 of 6 podium spots in the 2017 Event, they certainly have a lot to live up to. Tricky weather conditions are forecasted which will make Kruger’s debut a little more challenging. Updates of practice, qualifying and each of the Races will be posted on www.facebook.com/dankrugerracingteam or check out www.irrc.eu/ and https://www.imatranajo.fi/
