John Head and Blair Sharpless are hosting a riding school on July 19th, 2014, with Brian ‘Wojo’ Wojnarowski as lead instructor. The location is the Head Family Farm near Port Perry. The school will cover basic and advanced skills. The property offers grass track, motocross and enduro-cross sections to cover all riding situations.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Canadian ISDE Gold Fund.
This leads to the second component to the day, which is an ISDE Rider Reunion in the afternoon. This will be the fourth such an event for past Canadian Six Day Riders, the last being at the Corduroy Enduro in 2009.
Jon, Blair and Wojo are all past ISDE participants and enjoy giving back to the sport. Canada has some amazing young talent and any contributions, help, or just awareness will help our competitors.
Port Perry is one hour from the GTA and has lots of attractions for those who wish to make a weekend out of it.
Lots of riding time and a game of moto-soccer at the end of the day.
Our location is excellent for spectating so bring a lawn chair. Maybe bring someone new to spectate!
Cost for school: $100
Acceptable donation for visitors: $15
Lunch included for both.
