OK, we’ve checked in at the airport and are sitting and waiting for the first flight. We are flying to Frankfurt, Germany on the first leg, then to Qatar. Only about another hour until the first flight leaves…
It’s not very exciting sitting here and just waiting, but it gives dad and I the perfect time to work on some stuff. I’m not quite sure what he is up to, but I’m doing onboard laps of the track… again… This track really looks like a blast!
We made a last-minute decision late last week… Pat Milligan from Forensi-Tech Racing is coming with us to be my crew chief! I am extremely happy about this for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it means I will have someone working on the bike who really knows what they’re doing. Plus, dad gets a promotion to team manager, as rules do not allow two people working on the bike.
