The October 2015 issue of Inside Motorcycles (Vol. 18, Issue 06) sees the return of our annual Nostalgia Lives On issue! This year we pay homage to the Suzuki GSX-R, which celebrates 30 years as one of the most iconic marques in motorcycle history, and arguably the most important sport bike ever produced.
Check out that original 1985 GSX-R750 (you know, the one that Canada got a year before the US) on the cover!
Also in the October issue is a review of the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. Comfortable, nimble and effortless to ride, the new Street 750 and its smaller sibling, the Street 500, should bring a good chunk of new riders into the sport of motorcycling. Read all about it in the October issue of Inside Motorcycles. We also spent some time on the new-for-2015 Yamaha Bolt C-Spec, a cafe-inspired version of the company’s Bolt cruiser.
Touring fans and music lovers alike will enjoy the Rock & Roll Road Trip USA feature, which featured stops in Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis and even Tupelo, Mississippi, the birthplace of Elvis. Still on the nostalgia tip we profile a 1965 Ducati Mach I flat track bike that’s currently competing on the Canadian scene, and salute Alec Bennett, the first Canadian to win the Isle of Man TT way back in 1922.
Fans of modern machinery will enjoy our photo report from the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship season finale, as well as our news and tech bits that are always a staple of every issue of Inside Motorcycles.
